Visit Google’s Structured Data Markup Helper
Choose the Data Type and Paste the URL
Below you will find a number of alternatives mentioned. For example, I picked “articles” as this is the most common type of material and also fits the URL of my website.
Then, paste the URL you want to markup. Or, if you own the HTML code, you can just paste it. Finally, press the “Start Tagging” button.
The page will launch the markup editor and present you with a canvas for the following markup level, tagging data objects. Your web page will be shown on the left side, and the data items will be displayed on the right side of the window.
Tag Data Items
Given that this is an “article”, I’ll highlight the title in order to apply the “Name” markup. After I’ve finished highlighting, I select “Name” from the dropdown. As I pick “Name,” the tool places it on the right-hand side of the screen with in “My Data Items” area.
Highlight the remaining items in your post and progressively add these to the markup lists, by using the data item list as a guide. You won’t be capable of labeling every item on the list. Simply add everything you can think of.

Alternatively, you may go to your WordPress webpage and add the “Custom HTML” section by hitting the + symbol. Then, put the code you created in the block with Google’s Structured Data Markup Helper. Lastly, press the “Update” button.
Test your Schema
Use the “Structured Data Testing Tool” to view exactly your webpage will appear with the changed markup. Enter the address of your page or the source code if you aren’t utilizing a CMS.
Finally, press the “TEST URL” button. A rich snippet analysis will be generated in a matter of seconds.
