Android 12, the major OS update of Google, is introducing the “Material You” Dynamic Theme, which automatically changes the color of Chrome to match your phone’s wallpaper. Google recently updated the dynamic color flag on Chrome for Android with full support for dynamic colors. Material You design for Google Chrome currently is an experimental feature, and it is available in the latest version of Chrome Canary build. Material You brings the browser theming UI for its New Tab page, Discover Feed, directly from colors found in the wallpaper on a given device.<\/p>\n

How to Enable Material You Theme in Google Chrome<\/h2>\n

You can activate the wallpaper-based theme on Canary via two flags. You need to Enable two flags by navigating to the \u201cchrome:\/\/flags\u201d URL and entering the correct terms in the search bar. Specifically, by searching first for \u201ctheme-refactor-android\u201d and then \u201cdynamic-color-android.\u201d<\/p>\n
